New bars entering the league: Slovak Club, VFW Lani, and Timek's. (Vote held to allow Timek's into league since they are out of boundaries--all in favor)
Timek's will be placed into the A division since they are a new establishment with no establish shooters from the PTDL.
Nominations and election of officers held. Officers of the PTDL for the 2011-2012 season are: Sandi Polifko- President; Brian Ultsh-V-Pres; JoAnn Kelly- Treasurer; Lisa Mulvey- Secretary.
Playoffs discussed to determine which teams will shoot in A or B division. All teams in favor of playoff payouts remaining the same as last year. (The extra $3.00 per week per team dues will go to playoff payouts for A division).
A division- Top 6 teams make playoffs
B division- Top 12 teams make playoffs.
Since it is just the top ranking teams per division making it to playoffs there will be no sub-divisions in the A and there will be no sub-divisions in the B.
If there is a tie for a playoff position, the position will be determined by the outcome of the games between the 2 teams during regular season play. If still a tie, there will be a BEST-OF-3, NO TOTAL POINTS shootout to be held at a neutral site. (Site will be determined by luck of draw)
We will be selling 1 set of calanders to offset cost of clambake and playoff payouts.
For the outing this year $20.00 will be collected in advance from each person attending. $20.00 will be returned to you at the outing. If you pay your $20.00 and do not show up to clambake, the money will be held in league funds for the next year.
There will be no darts the first day of hunting nor the week between x-mas and new year.
The season will start Sept 12.

Lottery calanders handed out. Cost is $5. For the month of Feb. All money is to be handed in by the next meeting which is Jan 19th @ Triangle Club, 7:30 pm.
JAN 19, 2012- TRIANGLE CLUB
Roll call held- not present: Henry 2, Kelly's 4,7, Lith Club, Marine Corp 2, Hudson 2, Slovak Club,
Calander money collected. Teams who still owe for calanders must have them paid before shooting on Monday.
There are to be NO changes to a score sheet once the opposing team leaves. If a score sheet is changed, all 4 games will be forfeited.
Dues money must accompany score sheet when handed in.
Specify Jr or Sr and full first name of shooter if there are shooters with same name or first initial.
Make sure your name and correct average is on score sheet PRIOR to shooting.
Best records will get 1st round byes for playoffs. Top 2 in A division and top 4 in B division.
Vote held to hold clambake at the same pavillion as last 3 years or have it at Marine Corp... All in favor of same pavillion.
Dot Davis will check on availability for Jne 23 and June 30.
